Terms and condition for B2B study tour to Belgium and SIAL Paris
VLAM vzw, The Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board, organizes a B2B study tour for a profession public of importers, wholesalers, processors and meat buyers of or for retail. VLAM invites professionals from Vietnam, Hong Kong and Japan for a study trip in Belgium to raise awareness of ‘European poultry – tailor-made service, modern craftsmanship and quality assured’ and to give them a closer view on the activities of the production chain. During this visit VLAM will organize site visits and a network event.
VLAM will reimburse travel costs (international and local transport) up to a maximum of € 2,000, if following reimbursement conditions are met:
only effectively incurred travel costs related to the described study tour are reimbursed;
the participant asking for reimbursement must have participated in the whole study tour programme;
reimbursements will only be made upon receipt of a correctly completed debt claim;
all travel costs must be proven with underlying invoices and receipts;
the participant asking for reimbursement will cooperate with VLAM in the reimbursement process.
Only persons who are officially invited by VLAM for this study tour can participate and submit a debt claim. Personal data or company data on the debt claim must match the data on the evidence for reimbursements.
